Doodly Do
About
Enter the world of Doodly do, and put an end to the evil that lurks.
Made from scratch in C++ and developed for the Minimalistic Jam 2, we took the "minimalism" factor seriously, by creating a full game with only ASCII characters.
Features:
- Dialog based trading and combat
- Full story line to be completed
- Open world exploration
- Boss battle
- And more!
You play as the "@", also referred to as "The Traveler".
Controls:
- Arrow keys to move
- Run into objects to interact (Basically, if you aren't sure what something is, run into it and see what happens.)
- To save the game, go into the City of Murkwell and press Escape. To load, simply press F1 while in Murkwell.
- If you click the screen, the game will not function properly, this is an issue with the Windows command prompt. Simply right click the window to fix this.
- If problems occur on any dialog, simply restart the game.
