Down Left

Down Left is a simple premise, find the exit to each layer of the dungeon before you run out of life. 

The dungeon is made up of multiple 96x96 pixel rooms, each time you leave one room to enter another you lose one life. With only 20 moves available you need to make them count! 

Each dungeon  is filled with distractions, enemies, items, coins and only one exit!

      - WASD to move.  20 starting life.

  - Search the dungeon for the exit.

        - Pickup hearts, health potions and coins to aid your escape.

       - Beware enemies and spike traps!

    - Find the dungeon shop keeper to purchase helpful consumables.

 - Find items that may help or hinder!

There is no mini map, there are no weapons; only your memory and a pinch of luck.

Down Left is simple to learn, hard to conquer and surprisingly addictive! 

This demo was made within a week for 2020 Major Jam: Retro. It is incomplete and not a true indication of the final product, follow for future development updates and comment ideas below.
