Dreamer (BunBoi)

First published prototype!

A friend and I created this game over 3 days for the Ludum Dare 45 game jam. The theme was "Start with nothing" an interesting theme to try and create a game out of.

We decided to interpret it in the sense of starting with no means of completing the level, and having to find an item to complete said level. Also used the whole "nothing" thing as a means of failure by hitting the floor, which is the void (nothing)

The game is pretty rough around the edges as we are both fairly amateur game devs, but for such a small time period to make the game with a limited skillset we are happy with the result of the prototype.

Some bugs  / issues that we currently know of: Jump boosts collider doesn't get deactivated quick enough so you can sometimes land on it ruining the jump

no checkpoint (I am sorry in advance about this, no time and limited skillset made this hard to figure out in time for the jam)
