Dublin Wars

The apocalypse has come. 

As it turns out, the creatures that were thought to be just fantasies from the Irish folklore have come to life and have soon overrun the city of Dublin.

Will you be able to save Dublin with your trusty sword and shield before it's too late?

An experimental game made during my second year of college, Dublin Wars is an AR based game, combining new technologies such as Vuforia and Mapbox. 

Note: The game is designed to work on Android phones (version 7 or higher) with a resolution of 2280x1080.

How to Play: Install the .apk file on your android device and print the "Target Card" (make sure it's a colour print).

Controls: While on the map screen, target the printed card with your camera. When the map appears, tap anywhere to move. When the "fight" button appears, click it to open a fight. When enemies are attacking, drag your shield anywhere on the screen to not take damage. To attack, slide your finger across the screen in order to mimic a sword's motion. Make sure to always target your card with the camera. Levelling up will open up new fights.
