Dungeons and Dragons: Daggerdale reviews and comments

You like to know through dark Corridors? Monsters to mesh? Find Epic Items that will bring your Enemies dead and spoiling even faster? Do you like to hoard and love Role-playing Games? Have you always fandused D & D cool? If you answer "yes" To even one of these Questions ... FINGER WEG OF THIS SPIEL! Aside from the familiar Look and hakely Controls, the Best thing about the Game is that it's a Dungeons & Dragons part. Bugs where to look. Sell an Item? Find the Retailer. That's where he stands! or not... No, over there! Hm-but not. Ah, here he is ... But where did the Item I wanted to sell go? This Game encourages Frustration rather than Pleasure. Spart it. The only Positive Thing about Dungeons and Dragons for me: Daggerdale is: I can uninstall it.

For a playable Alpha Version not bad, for a finished Game a Cheekiness. Missing Textures for Equipment and Texture errors in the Presentation of the Game environment. The Vocabulary of the NPCs is very limited with "Ah," "Uh," and "Oh." The Balance is needed to improve, at least for the Fighter class: This was relaxed Patting And selling most Healing Potions. The Storage System is poor: Only with Questannahme/-delivery is too little, in addition, the Character is always positioned near the Storyquestgeber When Continuing at such a storage Point, in great need of getting used to. Speaking of Story: Flat, rippling In front of him, There is no arc of tension, only the unexpected End stands out, which merely stirs up the Fear of an equally bad Sequel.

I'm very divided on this Game. Hack 'n Slay, with (earnest) RPG features? After a good three Hours of Playing Time, I can say that the Game is better than I expected '. There are some Little Things I complain about, but since I bought the Game on Offer, these are to be coped with. However, I would never buy this Game for the full retail price, unfortunately. Why ' unfortunately '? Here are the PROs and CONs: PROs: * It's an official Dungeon & Dragons game * It's Fun * The Controls (Controller duty!) is quickly learnable * Sound is coherent * The Graphics are ok, for a First Work * The Music can be allowed to apply * The "In-the-row quests" One at the Pole CONs: * No Patches (Dev went Bust) * No MP fashion (GameSpy is offline) * Strange behavior when saving (sometimes I play Quests double, after Loading the Storage) * Too expensive, in the regular Pricing model. I wouldn't buy it, wenns costs more than 5 Euros tl; dr: Who can do without MP and Patches and would like to slayen some Mobs with DnD feeling, GO4IT!
