Engines in the Storm

The City is dying.

 You can see it yourself, can’t you? The Storm, the death throes of a planet throttled by powerful, are taking it before your eyes. Those that could escape have left their homes abandoned. Those that couldn’t escape mostly died trying.

 But the City has one last hurrah in its death.

The Stormchaser’s Festival. A cavalcade of racers from all over this dying world, taking to the near-empty streets of the City to race in the heart of the Storm to the sound of roaring engines and crumbling concrete.

Race cars, trucks, and bikes through a city collapsing under an apocalypse, using the Belonging Outside Belonging RPG system repurposed for bombastic action!
