Exercise 3: Shmup

This is a shmup game. The Player, a dual-pistol-wielding hero, is being chased by swarms of malicious Red Warning Signs. To save themselves from the cruel enemies, the Hero must be able to shoot down approaching Red Warning Signs. They can also utilize environmental items (healthpack and weapon) to power up and become stronger.

Defects: this game does not have a complete game loop.
