FERMENT/FISH

fermentation is a healing process. 

1. I don't know much about fermenting scientifically but it's like, I mean that it takes a lot of time to heal. it takes a lot of time and dirty work 
2. fermentation is a long process that has a very strong and unpleasant stench to create smth delicious, if only for acquired tastes, at the end of it 
3. and fermentation is a process of preservation
4. so fermentation as a healing process is about the dirty, unforgiving work of self-preservation that still results in smth difficult to stomach but that people who have acquired a taste will appreciate as smth precious
