Fimbulvetr is a game about survival, as you are a little group of Vikings placed in the beginnings of Ragnarok, the long winters known as Fimbulvetr. All you have is a Magical Bonfire that you stay at while Jötnar are trying to kill you during the night.

In this cooperative multiplayer game, you work together during the day to gain the favors of your gods which are needed to survive against the monsters of the night.

Fimbulvetr is ultimately a game about sticking together and taking care of the things that you have, the game teaches us about our daily lives through the lives of Vikings. These Vikings had many of the same troubles - even though they were different - as us, troubles such as running out of energy and needing to survive. Many Vikings believed they were on the brink of extinction, due to signs that they believed led to the cataclysm known as Ragnarok.

Guide

When you start the game, you will be brought to a menu with multiplayer of single-player options.

 - If you wish to play single-player, simply click on the single-player button and be brought into the game.

 - If you wish to play multiplayer, simply click on the multiplayer button and you will be brought onto another menu, you and any other person who has put in the same word or characters into the text field and clicked on play will share a world where you can play the game together.
