Final Space (Saintpride)

What I changed:

Rebalanced Player firing to add slightly more difficulty and fewer accidental offscreen kills.

Added a new enemy Chaser with new art, animation, and AI behavior.  Will follow player and pass through walls.  Faster than standard Chaser.
