Fire Mission!

Fire Mission! is a top down shooter (of sorts) in which you act as an artillery spotter directing fire against an enemy assault. Call in gunfire by transmitting co-ordinates in Morse code to survive for as long as you can!  

Intended as a proof of concept demo, with scope for future development. 

Also available to download as a standalone application - Recommended if you encounter performance issues in your browser.

HOW TO PLAY

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you spend some time in the practice mode to learn the correct timing for Morse code.

• Move the mouse cursor to reveal the co-ordinates of nearby grid squares. 
• Use the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to transmit. A tone will transmit for as long as the button is held.
• Press the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON to open your codebook. This tells you the sequence of dots and dashes needed for each letter and number. 
• To shoot, transmit the letter and number of the desired grid location. 

CODE HINTS (PRACTICE MODE ONLY)

• Mouse over a square and press MIDDLE MOUSE or C to hear the code for that square. 
• Accurately replicate the timing of this sequence to fire at that spot.
