Firewatch reviews

Summary: Firewatch is an exceptional game, which I have now completed twice. I would recommend it to just about anyone who is ok with game not featuring constant shooting. Although, that being said, I do agree that the game is ok for people 14-16+ because of the overarching themes and some material in the game.

A perfect example of what makes "walking simulators" appealing.

Beautiful first-person dialog-driven mystery game with brilliant voice acting and art. A thoughtful, stylish game best appreciated for its journey rather than destination. Most complaints are about length of the game - my playthrough took 5hrs, other people 2.5 - 7 depending on exploration (or rushing); or the ending, which was arguably slightly disappointing. Has /some/ replayability, but not a lot - dialog and action choices can be changed, you may want to take more time exploring (or planning photos). I'd say worth revisiting occasionally.

«Underrated»
Very immersive first person quest game with awesome story telling. Was little dissapointed with the ending though but the game is totally worth playing.
