----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Game: A classic Sidescrolle beat 'n Up, with lots of Combos and skill system with Special Abilities. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Single Player: You can choose one of 4 Characters at the Beginning (according to Steam, it's supposed to be 19 that seem to still need to be unlocked). You run classically from left to right and skin the Enemies with Fists, Feet and special Attacks (such as a Fireball). The Opponent Types Are usually all the same only their Skin and the Weapons always change from Level to Level. The Enemies come either in small Groups or in a Horde where you can only use the Jump Attack because otherwise you have no Chance with conventional Attacks. Finally, usually a small Boss waits which is just a Normal Opponent in huge, all Boss opponents have the same Attacks which does not entail any Depth, only the Degree of difficulty changes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Multiplayer: The Multiplayer Mode Is only possible Local, but for two or four it is more Fun than in Single-player. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Graphics: The Graphics are quite good, and very classic. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Music: The Music is Ok, it does not stand out in any case. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Control: The Control Ok, the Combos are relatively bad to use when there are too many Enemies. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pro/Contra: + many Level + Small Story + Four Player Mode + Skill System-Full Screen is not saved-level all appear the same-Opponents all seem the same- Kombos are often poorly activated-just Offline Coop----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conclusion: If you expect a good Double Dragon here is out of place, there is simply no diversion. All Levels and Opponents seem the same and are always set up the same, which becomes very boring after 1.5 Hours despite the Skill System. You could really have done more with better Design. Expected I had got a Double Dragon I did a Fists of Jesus. Too bad you give away a Potential like that.
