Flying Death Trap

Flying Deathtrap is an outrageous 1 - 4 player co-op game where you hammer, chuck, and fart your way majestically through the skies! 

Hop aboard your (s)crappy air-ship and work together to craft fuel for the engines, put out fires, patch holes in the ship, and fend off attackers. Be sure to make it to the destination before it all falls apart!

• Up to 4 players local multiplayer (any combination of 'left half of keyboard', 'right half of keyboard', and up to 4 controllers)
• Online matchmaking
• Online room-based matching
• Direct IP connect (have the host start a local multiplayer game)

A prototype made in 3 weeks.

NOTE ABOUT MATCHMAKING:  

• Matchmaking starts by searching for 4 players.
• If after 30 seconds it hasn't found 4 players, it will search for 3 players.
• If after another 30 seconds, if 3 players are not found, it searches for 2.
• If after another 60 seconds no player is found, matchmaking will cancel and return you to the main menu.

For best results:  Everyone needs to hit  'Online Multiplayer' at roughly the same time!

HOW TO CONNECT WITH YOUR FRIENDS:

1. Click 'Create/Join Room'
2. Ensure everyone looking to play has the exact same room name in the text field. (E.g. TestRoom)
3. Get everyone to hit 'Join room' at roughly the same time. This will likely require coordination via a voice call through discord or something
4. Wait for the server to connect you. This could take up to 2 minutes.
