Nibbles is a lab hamster on a space mission to explore the infinity of the universe. But his ship is damaged and he can’t control it correctly: he can only go at full speed. Nibbles needs to find his way back to Earth but the fuel is rapidly decreasing and he has lost connection with the control tower. The only thing left to do is wander and find enough gas to survive until he reaches home.
