Gamified Recruitment: A Leader's Trial

Hi, Im a student and this is my first ever published video game for my Final Year Project using UnityEngine. This game were developed to assist in job interview procedures especially to those have communication anxiety, had experience with interviewer's bias and performance anxiety. This application's objective is to give out engagement towards the interviewees during job interviews.

A Leader's Trial were to be used by hiring organizations for job interviews. This game will measure out the user's leadership skills such as Financially, Management, Accountability, Investment, Empathy, and Integrity. By using quick thinking and decision making, manage your money, resources and workers under limited time to get the best grades to impress the interviewers!
