About

DISCLAIMER: you NEED controllers for this game! Otherwise, you can’t play it!

Orcs started a war against goblins because they are so small and weak. Goblins aren’t the strongest so they have to be smart and that’s what goblins are for sure! You and your friends are the best goblin crafters in the world so you started a weapon shop together to craft an end to this war! Smelt, mold, and forge your own weapons and send them out on the battlefield so your goblin warriors can fight!

Do you think you can win this war?! Gather your friends, 2-4 controllers and dive into the (small) shoes of the goblin crafters!

ROCK PAPER SCISSORS (WITH WEAPONS)
The orcs change their weapons a lot. They have spears, swords and axes. To beat an orc, you need to craft a weapon that counters the weapon of the orcs! So pay attention to what the orcs are fighting with! SWORD, AXE, SPEAR... GO!

CRAFTING
There is lots of work to do in the goblin gear shop so divide the tasks properly! There are more than 8 crafting machines and they all work in their own unique way. Learn the process and get even better than you already were!

SKILLCHECKS
All crafting machines have their own unique skill check that you have to perform. Are you doing it perfectly? Then you will make the best weapon ever! Are you doing it terribly wrong and you’re sending your trashy weapon to the battlefield? Then you’re giving the orcs a big advantage (so don’t do that, okay?). Make sure that not only you but also your goblin friends are performing the skill checks well. You are all responsible for the final product and it needs to be good. NO EXCUSES!

Now quick, get on the battlefield and make all goblins proud!

Goblin Gearshop reviews and comments

No special interest... back and forth between the machines... of different level, I tested that the first 2 to quickly understand that it was not going to please me '-' there is certainly difficulty but it is not for me. To test it will not cost you anything except 65Mb:D

Basically, you only run from A to B to create Weapons as quickly as possible. After Level 1-3 I didn't Feel like it anymore. The Idea is not bad, but I would find it better if you could control the Character with the Mouse as with a Strategy game, for example. So it's just annoying to always Push Shift > E > WASD E > E > Shift WASD > E. That's Why I don't enjoy It, it just plays out uncomfortably. Of Course I could buy a Controller but I Play games on the PC so as not to do just that, but there is Keyboard and Mouse. The Control alone, however, is not only the Reason for this Game. There is no Story, which would at least give the Player a reason why he should play. Pointless running from A and B I can also run in other Games, but in Contrast to this Game I contain a Story. Recommend This Game? no!

Ever heard of ' Overcooked '? If so, Goblin Gearshop takes up the same Game principle. Visually, it's kept a little easier. The Levels aren't quite as imaginative either. Nevertheless fun and recommended, especially for lukewarm! :D If not, You work in a Forge and you have to supply the Goblins with Weapons in The war against the Orcs. To do this, you have to keep the Forge running and share the Tasks with a Friend's girlfriend's girlfriend's ideal-white. So basically it's a messy Mess in which trying to get the Job done. Sounds relatively boring, but I enjoy a lot of Fun in the KOOP. The Levels are not as imaginative as already written above. Basically, you always have the same Workshop or Blacksmith'S shop and only new Work Steps are added. Unlike Overcooked, which is very similar as mentioned, it does not happen that you have to make different Things at the same Moment, but you always have 1.5 Minutes for one Type of Weapon, then 1.5 minutes for the next one, then 1.5 Minutes for the next one, etc. As a result, and also through the Level Structure, it is much more leisurely. Unfortunately, it's also quite short. After an Hour I had completed all The levels right Away With 3 Gears. Now only Endless Levels would be waiting for me, let's see if I'll tackle them. In The End, I should have to write for a free Game, in Size, but not that much at all. It's Fun and really impressive for a Student Project. Keep it up! :-)
