Your in Grappling hook Factory where they make the best Grappling hook's ever used by everyone "That use's them in the first place" and you need to test the new Grappling hook they designed but unfortunately your battery is completely broken and changes it charge every 1 sec to a random State (Very slow, Slow, Normal, Fast, Very Fast) and you have to get all the battery's in all the 4 level's with Bobby as your Helper/body in the game.
