A game made for the LOWREZJAM 2022 in collaboration with Kuronami42.

I did the art and Kuronami42 did the programming and game design.

You play as Anna, a bikini-clad beachgoer who is met with a world-ending heat wave so intense that molten slimes have fallen from the sky. Needlessly to say her beach day has been ruined.

To survive you must find water fountains at the end of each level and seek refuge under umbrellas on the way there and chug water bottles to stave off dehydration.

If your thirst meter runs dry you will fail.

 

Press R to refill your thirst meter. Doing so will deplete your water supply.

Replenish your water by picking up water bottles.

The Sun will progressively become hotter indicated both by its mood and a meter.

Move under umbrellas to shield yourself from the sun.

Reach the Fountain at the end of the level to win.

Controls:

W, D to move left and Right

Space to jump

R to drink

E to throw water
