Welcome to “The City” of New Memories, a mysterious, neon-lit utopia with mass amnesia - home to the HALT Department.  Lead the investigation on a strange gang of terrorists as you shoot through baddies, combine crazy ammo types, and get into wacky misadventures with your friends. Follow orders and fight back - or figure out why. It’s up to you.
