Harmegedo is basically chess game for up to 6 players.
There are 2 Queens, 2 Bishops, 2 Knights, 2 Rooks, 9 Pawns and 1 King per kingdom. Each King stands between 2 Queens at the center of each player’s home row. The 9 Pawns stand in front of the pieces of the King’s home row.
Moves are based upon each player’s forward perspective, meaning that your forward, left and right are not the same as the players next to you. Their forward perspective is different than yours. Pay close attention to their moves.
*When moving forward, back, left or right, the spaces of choice you will slide across will be dark, light, dark, light etc…
*Diagonal slides/space choices are always on the same color as the color of the space that the piece is currently standing on. Diagonal moves are always in an X formation.
*Basic moves, rules and regulations are based upon standard Chess game functions and configurations.
Forward is forward, back is back, right is right, left is left and diagonal is diagonal just as it is on a square board.
》Each chess piece has its own style of moving. Moves are made to vacant spaces except when capturing an opponent's piece.
