HATCHING

HATCHING is a short retro-inspired, point-and-click virtual pet experience based on the Finnish horror film HATCHING (2022), directed by Hannah Bergholm. It was developed in collaboration with IFC Midnight, distributors of awesome horror films like The Babadook (2014), The Autopsy of Jane Doe (2016), and Relic (2020).

STORY

12-year-old gymnast Tinja is desperate to please her mother, a woman obsessed with presenting the image of a perfect family. One night, Tinja finds a strange egg. What hatches is beyond belief.
