HEARTSLINGERS

Heartslingers is a top-down shoot-em-up, designed and developed for the Game Maker's Toolkit Jam. The theme of the jam was "dual-purposed mechanics", and we dreamed up this mechanic of using your health bar as your ammo bar.

Built for Google Chrome.  It will not work with Firefox.

How to play

1. To move around: WASD
2. To aim and shoot: Arrow Keys OR Mouse

Kill all the enemies in the level!! Eat their hearts to regain health. And you'll need it; your gun shoots out special heart bullets that pull from your health! Go share the love :P
