Holy Mountain

Summary

Holy Mountain is a short, low-rez platformer that takes about 5 minutes to beat. It is inspired by Ryūnosuke Akutagawa's 1918 short story The Spider's Thread. 

A sage contemplates the view from a mountain peak when he hears a cry for help rise out from the depths of hell. Wasting no time, he takes hold of a spider's thread and begins his descent down the cliff to rescue the poor soul.

Instructions

Jump over gaps by pressing space or clicking on PC, or by touching on Android. Press longer for bigger jumps. While jumping, press again to shoot at approaching enemies.

Gather groups of orbs, and collect powerups from defeated enemies.
