Homeworld reviews and comments

Homeworld is a game that's more than the sum of its parts—and its parts are already amazing. Somehow the stilted, cold presentation is still charming and intellectually stimulating. The complex, somewhat clumsy gameplay is compelling and thoughtful. The too-chill sound design and music help transport your thoughts and emotions to someplace unique.

This game has that revolutionary spark that makes games feel magical to play, even after you're jaded.

A Masterpiece.

When it came out all these years ago, it blew people's minds with beautiful graphics and great storytelling, not to mention the manual that was a piece of great scifi read. The game's narrative, sound design and music made the experience unforgettable.
