Shadowing the events of 1997 Deng is back and it is up to a descendant of Chin named Chan to dragon kick Deng back to hell. 

The propaganda can not kill you, only a Deng has the power

The game is basically an endless shmup that has a few easter eggs hidden around and a second "hell mode" with no shooting that is more focused on avoiding the glitched Deng heads.
