Too bad-as a Fan of the first Part, I was hoping for a lot more.
The whole Game has somehow degenerate into a webtegern soap. Unfortunately, the desired Principle is not entirely thought out and does not increase the fun of The Game very much. The Statistics on offer are nice, but nothing special. In terms of Diseases and Construction Options, not much has happened. And the Graphics have lost their Charm thanks to 3D lift.
Very bad

Waste of time and money.
Extremely annoying tips.
In sandbox mode sth. is obviously wrong because there is a limited number of patients with desease XY coming.
If you treated them all you can sell the equipment you bought because there won´t be coming any more patients with desease XY.
Then the next patients with YZ come - same again: buy, treat, sell.
If you build a room and equip it there´s no hint what kind of personel is needed and there´s no hint if you have enough personel or if you still need e.g. more docs/nurses etc.
No zooming or changing view angle, only a map view which incidentally revealed that rooms are categorized by the kind of personel you need.
Play Theme Hospital instead.

Had the Game not been in a Bundle, I wouldn't own it.
I had already read in the Reviews that it should be bad, but since I liked to play Theme Hospital at the time, I thought I would give the Game a chance.
For a long time I didn't play it as the Voices and Sounds of Patients went animal to my Mind.
The Developers probably thought it would be funny to mimic "The Sims." That unfortunately went down your Pants. Continuously you can hear any NPC's "Blablabla blah blaaaa blabla." Talk and Patients E.g. cough ... And when I say uninterrupted, I mean uninterrupted. All this at the same Time. You can switch off the Sound effects, but then you don't hear any more when important Things play out somewhere.
I can understand that the Patients are sick and therefore suffer from various Symptoms, but therefore you do not cough up on the current Bond.
Since I didn't play the Game for long, I can't say much of the other Stuff otherwise either.
Apparently, the Staff can build Relationships with each other, as they can also talk and argue. But I am not aware of whether this will affect the Game.
In Vain I also looked for the Possibility to rotate Objects. Because of the annoying Voices, that was not so important to me in the Tutorial, because I really don't want to play it anymore.
However, You can guess what the Developers were up to.
Apparently, they wanted to create a hospital simulation that plays like a Soap opera. In the Tutorial, though, they didn't succeed so well.
If you want to buy it, I advise you off it.
Spend the Money on Theme Hospital if you want to play a hospital simulation.
