About

In this chibi-style* strategy role-playing game you'll amass an army of game-referencing allies, fight on trap-laden maps, and beef up Lily Rank for crazy damage. But look out for status ailments or you might be (literal) tofu! You ain't seen the Neptunia characters like this before!
*”Chibi-style” – Adorable anime characters miniaturized to have charmingly big heads and daintily tiny bodies.

Key Features
  • A 1080p Moe Army Awaits! Lead your loveable and cute moe army into SRPG battle and fight off hordes of enemies in turn-based strategy - now in high definition! You'll have to strategize to dodge laser beams, flaming pits, and more!
  • Link up with the “Lily System” The more often characters are in battle together, the higher their bond becomes. Activating the “Lily Boost” grants special stats and abilities, while “Lily Points” can be used to activate ultra-special moves and even goddess transformations. Don’t be shy to build up those battle relationships and seal it all with a kiss!
  • Check your Status! All kinds of funky things can happen in the heat of battle and characters can be hit with status ailments that are both boon and burden. You can get pixelated, zombie-fied, or even turned into a block of tofu! Some status changes come with their own benefit and cost, so keep this in mind during a fight.
  • Item Customization! You’ll get tons of replay value with so many ways to boost your gear’s stats! The more enemies you defeat, the more items you can get to customize your gear in whatever way you see fit. Let the great experiment begin!
  • Livin’ the Noire Life! Life’s not all about grid-based battles. Sometimes Noire just wants to relax at home, and with the “Sim Noire” mode you’ll be able to do just that! Customize the place by buying furniture and accessories with in-game points, and make Noire feel like the goddess she is – unlocking extra scenes in the process.

Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart (Neptunia) reviews and comments

Translated by

Don't tell Noire, but this is still my game. She just got a logo. -Neptune I must admit that while I was considering analyzing the title was not sure if I should recommend it or not, but certainly I can not qualify as a game not recommended because I trust that if you entered this section is because you know the universe Ne Ptunia and you're a fan. Hyperdevotion Noire is a spin-off of the Neptunia saga that leaves the (frankly excellent) playable RPG scheme in turn of the main saga to move to a playable Tactical RPG system, currently in a great shape thanks to the success of the veteran saga Fire Emblem. In This game we change the role of protagonist to Noire, which despite being more beloved characters in the saga by his followers, ends up billing the title because the absence of Neptune as the main axis of interactions greatly reduces its quality. Noire is a good co-star, but he lacks something like main heroin. There have Also been reduced interactions across the fourth wall, being replaced by one (questionable from my point of view) role of the game that places the player as one more character of the argument through the "Secretary" of Noire, creating a Lucky Hybrid between Tactical RPG and Date Sim. This, in my opinion, does nothing but lower the quality of the product that, coupled with the fact that there is no longer an advance of history through exploration, but is an introductory scene to a fight and the subsequent scene, coupled with the fact that the talks were over Superflu As and the Puyitas of Colegueo, now it's all about fighting, it's a lot of appeal to the development of both the plot and the characters. In the purely playable the game plays its role well. Each character has its own style and adapts better or worse to depending on what types of missions, also includes a system whereby the protagonists can support each other by using skills being together in formation, reducing the SP consumption of the ability , increasing its strength and raising the Lily meter (which replaces the Exe for the final moves). The main problem of the latter is how easy it becomes a sploit, making the majority of missions (especially against bosses) are more focused on fitting several Lilys per turn than in a real strategy. In the theme of scenarios the game makes it better than the main saga, each stage of the story is unique and with a characteristic theme (even if there are several battles within the same mission the stage varies) so in this aspect you can not face anything , although if you have to mention the at times, something unfair enemy system, where it does not matter what type of enemy and trap on the stage, these are immune to its effects, making some long and tedious phases by not allowing more movement than "L" (Example of FR Maximum Ustración [i.imgur.com]). Finally to not lengthen much, the graphic section is characterized by a style chibi of the characters and an overhead view, the details are not abundant but it fulfills its task and, although at first glance can throw back, house with the whole and makes an experience Nice. As for the "Argumental" part of the title, the models used in the previous titles have been improved and more dynamism of movements has been added during the conversations, as well as transformations of the most fluent goddesses. In General If you like the universe Neptunia I recommend you try the title, as little learn new information about the Shares, if on the contrary you are new to the franchise, better test first the main saga because this title you have more chances of Back off than hooking you.
