You just landed your dream job with the only qualm being you need to move to a new city, but with a great stroke of luck one of the previous residents for a company property decided to vacate early.  You pull up into the driveway of your new home and you see the previous resident just about to leave.  As you're walking into the house you hear them mumble repeatedly to themself 'it's not haunted...
