Your nine months in utero are almost up, and it's time for you to make your final decision. Your first chromosome is an X. If you select a second X... then you'll develop female characteristics. Selecting Y will develop male characteristics. Your host has some advice for you to consider... to avoid unnecessary unpleasantness. Which path will you take? After all... It's just a chromosome.
