JB 855

JB 855 is an interactive reflection I created during a short international flight. 

Fun Facts:

1. I chose to do this jam a few minutes before my plane took off. 
2. Total flight time was 3 hours, leaving around 1h 45m of working time in the air. 
3. My laptop's graphics card broke during the flight!
4. All of the statements used in the reflection are taken from the Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction and Frustration Scale, which is an inventory used to assess an individual's wellbeing based on the ARC model of motivation.
5. The title, JB 855, was my actual flight number.
