Instructions
Joined Together RPG is a very much as case of 'does what it says on the tin'. You play a party of HEORES! Unfortunately, you're only able to attack monsters and nerdowells when you join together. Attacks are split into two parts, an Element and an Action. By joining them together, you can combine them to perform that attack.
Use the handy 'REJOIN BUTTON™' to shift your current hero around the party. Their position will effect which Element or Action, they group up with.
When joined with another Party Member, your current hero will form a Group. Groups attack together, and each hero has access to every attack provided by the group. However, if an Enemy attacks they'll do damage to the whole Group.
Each Hero and Enemy has an assigned Element which will affect how they do battle. Using an Element that they are weak against will boost the damage you deal.
Both Elements and Actions can stack. Meaning if you join two of the same type. The resulting action will become twice as powerful! Joining two items of different types will have a negative effect. An Element will become 'Normal', and an Action will become a 'Flail'.
There are many different Actions available:
Attack - Will attack a Group of your choice, and deal damage based on an Element type advantages as well as many Attacks you have stacked.
Flail- Will attack a Group of your choice, and deal damage one point of damage. Has a one in ten chance of working.
Shield- Will create an elemental shield around each member in the group. The shield will resist attacks as well as countering weaker Elements. A Shield may not materialise if the Hero is of an incompatible type.
Dodge- Will allow each member in the group the chance to Dodge an incoming attack. Has a one in two chance of working.
Status- Will afflict an Element on each member of an opposing group. At the end of their term, an afflicted Enemy will take damage. A Status can be healed with StatusHeal. A Status may not work if the Enemy is of an incompatible type.
Heal- Will heal each member of your group. A Heal may not work if a Hero is of an incompatible type.
StatusHeal- Will heal each member of your group if they are afflicted with a Status.
There are four different Elements available:
Fire, Water, Plant, Normal
They affect each other in the following cycle:
Fire < Water < Plant < Fire
Using Type Advantages will allow you to deal additional damage or make your health more effective.
