About

"With a ton of content and a charming 8-bit world, you just can't go wrong" - The Escapist
"NEStalgia is exactly what you'd expect if the original Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior games were shared worlds. Fantastic." - 1UP

NEStalgia is an original multiplayer RPG inspired by the glory days of traditional console RPGs. Essentially "Dragon Warrior 3 meets World of Warcraft", NEStalgia is an amalgam of the best generations of RPG gaming.

Players wage classic turn based battles in multiplayer parties while enjoying modern trappings such as a full-featured quest system. Those who prefer to go solo can recruit almost any monster in the game to fight alongside them as they explore every nook and cranny of NEStalgia's expansive 8-bit world.

NEStalgia can be played locally in single player mode or in small private games with friends. Where the game really shines, however, is on larger dedicated servers with 50+ online players. On dedicated servers you can test your might in NEStalgia's balanced and competitive PvP battles, or get 8-bit rich by selling rare loot on the player auction house. If you're looking to make new friends to adventure with then you can always join or create a custom guild. In order to tackle NEStalgia's difficult end-game content you're going to need every bit of help that you can get.

NEStalgia is constantly evolving and expanding, ensuring that players will constantly have new updates to look forward to. Purchasing NEStalgia guarantees full access to all future updates and content expansions at no additional charge.

Do yourself a favor. Taking the time to take one of the ancient classics that are the cult games that have created this abomination. This game offers very little functionality. Whether it be weapons or armor (some classes have only 5 objects). The maximum level is 32. This is completely ridiculous. First it takes an eternity to rise from one level and this in the worst possible concept. Use the items to boost your performance in gold or XP. The maximum of gold being 50 per fight, this makes the spot difficult to buy the most expensive items. It can take weeks to see a full month to reach an acceptable level of resource. Farming is really boring. The monsters of your level are too strong so you kill the same little Critter again and again because the difference of experience is not high enough to say that its worth the penalty to kill the larger ones. Normally in the game, there is a functionality that is PvP or colized. This famous Coliseum offers super interesting objects, the only problem is that the developer must enclose these famous fights that by the way, do not arrive for about 1 year. The community is nice on the other hand you will be disappointed to see that you can wait a good half hour before talking to soul who live, seeing that there are about 10 players connect. These famous players are most not in front of their PC because it is much more fun to make macros, it's too annoying and boring to play. Thereafter the functionality of the marketplace. Think well, everywhere in the good MMO, you take your goods, you sell them for sale, you receive the money, voila. Oops, its also is breaking. I took a crazy time picking up my gold coins, I bought an item that was really more expensive because I wanted to have a little boost made higher level. Oops, more money, no item. The forums are filled with these complaints about this function that does not satisfy people. I have so much game in mind to advise you other than its and I can tell you that at this price the I feel fly. I would not have any negative points because there are so many that I would discourage you. I liked to start this game, I was eager to replay it the next day. After, disappointment by disappointment, I resigned myself to ask for a refund view that it is so breaking. Very nice concept that falls in the trash.

NEStalgia is a little dream for me. An 8Bits game at a dose of MMORPG playable solo with a huge bestiary of monsters and a very long adventure and immense content. For a very long time I waited for this and here it is finally, after more than one year of play (20/06/2016) I still do not get tired. This game is of very good quality, it will be complicated to make a very good review of the game with my opinion since I am completely hallucinated by this game. I'll just make a quick listing of the content... Firstly the textures are very good and have improved a lot over time, the content of the game is just endless if you really want to play it correctly it will still have to hang and create or buy several accounts to be able to everything complete correctly. The game is cheap and is multiplayer for the interested, I reassure you the game can still "end" alone despite the MMORPG side. The bestiary of the game is very well designed and allows you to discover a lot of things throughout the game, you will have to be careful to finish all the quests of an area and to level up its team to be able to confront monsters of level ment because the game quickly becomes very difficult if you do not take the time to farm a minimum. The story is friendly and follows you to the end of your character, the side quests are however still often the same but allow you to advance level and earn money more easily. The game is still very slow and the music quickly repetitious despite their great qualities. I advise you like me to play the game on a second screen while directing another activity in parallel. It works very well and allows you to entertain yourself during the work for example (I'll get thrown, very bad example)... I am really sorry if my review is poorly formed but I can unfortunately not explain everything and at the same time well structure it, I can only advise you to buy this game which is very good. For me the game is simply a huge favorite and I regret that the game has almost no community. Rest assured for future players you will be able to play the game even in many years as the developer has allowed to set up a server locally and to rig either even events like Halloween and Easter. Thank you for taking the time to read. (I think nevertheless improve the review over time).
