Kannan

Kannan! is a puzzle game with educational elements based on a Swedish game show with the same name. The player takes control of a knight, but not the ordinary medieval knight. While the other knights are out on the battlefield, this knight is at home cropping the castle's rosebushes and solving math problems.

The main part of the game is a puzzle game played from a top down perspective where the player has to crop the bushes and collect treasures, while at the same time avoiding getting crushed by enormous metallic balls and running into various meanies, such as vikings, wizards and dark knights.

Between the puzzle levels, the player gets to play four different educational games:
The first is a math game where the player can move the knight left and right and has to pick the correct equations falling from the sky, while avoiding the equations that are wrong.
The second is a word game and is identical to the math game except that here the player has to catch correctly spelled words.
The third game is a memory game where the player has to memorize where in a room different objects are hidden.
The fourth is another math game where the player controls a hot air balloon and has to collect bubbles. Each bubble has a value and the player has to collect the right sum.

The game can be played solo or in a tournament mode against up to seven other players. There is also a practice mode where each game can be played on its own.
