First things first: What you are about to witness is an as-is release. It is a kamikaze to escape development hell.

Enter the depths of various hardware - from a bird's eye view. As the resident antivirus program, your task is to protect critical parts of the computer from the infection that is set loose. 

Defend and eliminate waves after waves of various intruders by navigating the hardware's circuits, to gain XP and upgrade your safety mechanisms - deal more damage, sustain more, or get some utility value out of it. And once you are done with the lesser waves, face a boss on each piece of hardware! 

But oh no! What happens if you take too much damage? Is everything lost? Not at all, my concerned friend! As long as the hardware's base nodes are intact, you can just respawn!

So hop on in for this very crude first release of Kernel Space!
