About

kuso is a sequel to LOVE, and is a reductive platforming game with a retro aesthetic and a focus on a challenging difficulty. You find yourself in a minimalist world and with only the ability to run and jump, as well as the option to leave a checkpoint on any solid ground. Make your way through acid, long jumps, disappearing platforms, bouncers, and swinging axes.
No challenge is impossible in kuso. Proper timing and careful jumps will carry you to safety in any situation.
The free debut demo version of kuso includes:
• 3 new levels from kuso
• 6 remade levels from LOVE
• New music from the game’s original composer, James Bennett
• xinput Controller Support
• Steam Achievements
• Steam Leaderboards for kuso Speedruns
• Steam Leaderboards for LOVE Speedruns
• Controller remapping in Steam’s Overlay

kuso reviews and comments

I wanted to die when I played this game. My back pass is akin to the vent of the Fujiyama volcano, and my nerves have turned into the sand of the Sahara desert. If you want to try the sub, then buy, do not hesitate. P.S. Soundtrack-10 out of 10.

Small pixel game straight out of the beautiful time of the 8-bit games, kuso mix of rhythm and address game where a little match guy tries to cross many halls crowded with traps of any kind. Despite its short life span, the game also comes with its predecessor, LOVE, which featured the same game mechanics brilliantly. Try it if you like the kind.

Hats off to the creator of this game. Kuso surpassed LOVE in complexity, soundtrack, detail graphics (although in LOVE was more atmospheric than that) and the number of levels. More action on the keyboard now on ASD, not ZXC, as before. In LOVE I kept in general calmly, but the kuso caught fire on some points. The Name of the game conveys in general thoughts, arising at the passage of some levels. It's fun, actually. Definitely recommend to fans of the genre and those who came to LOVE. A Worthy sequel. Definitely worth the money. P.S.: Why the name in Japanese?

Product received for free Kuso – the second game from the developer of LOVE Fred Wood Fred Woods announced Kuso on January 15, 2017 and, after 296 days, the game was released on November 7, 2017. The Price for this game is $2.99 in the CIS countries and 130 rubles in the territory of Russia. For a long while we have not seen a well-researched, balanced platformer. The Predecessor of the Kuso was also good, but in Kuso the developer has got everything to mind and now it's really nice to play. All in the game about twenty levels and they usually no more than one screen. My first passage took 50 minutes with 800 deaths, 2048 jumps and about 500 Chekpointtov. Not long, but it is compensated by several modes of divergence: Unlimited, in which infinitely lives; Casual, in which you will be able to die 120 times; The Speedranner mode, which will give you a counter and infinitely lives. However, this is all that can be said about the game. It is fun, suitable for a stream, for several passes, for the Spiron. No more. Verdict: Short, comfortable, honest platformer. The Game is suitable for all fans to jump. Rating: 7/10 Hard to praise. The Review was compiled by Ci8, chief curator at BigBadWhale Games, curator of "online Reviews" in collaboration with WeLoveBundles [welovebundles.ru] The Key to the game provided by the Publisher, but it does not affect my opinion and evaluation.
