Pinky: 1 point

Skull of Doom: instant death - beware!

Speedy: 5 points and temporary speed up

Destroyer: 5 points, shortens your worm

Flipper: 5 points and mirrored screen

Enemy: 10 points if you can kill it... or if it kills itself

Additional Rules: 

extra life every 100 points

Destroyer every 50 points
