Praise for Lifeline:

“This is the best game on the Apple Watch.” – Time.com

“I’ve played many games that I find engrossing, but Lifeline may be one of the first that changed the way I thought about my daily routine, which leapt off the screen and became a part of my lived experience.” - Eli Cymet, Gamezebo

“For a few brief hours I cared – really cared – about the fate of a completely fictional character. I don’t think any other game I’ve played has made me feel that way before.” - Matt Thrower, PocketGamer

Lifeline: Silent Night reviews and comments

This Game is so well done! I've had it for 20 min now and I don't have anything else on my Mind other than to know what happens next. The Stiry is quite exciting and you can always choose between two Answers. This Game is not like everyone else, you don't have to play Missions, etc. I just don't know how long Taylor sleeps If he is, for example, He sleeps. You can't go on to another Room of the Spaceship and the same stop when it's asleep. This game is absolutely emptable and therefore 5 Stars of mine. To the Manufacturers: Please still have such a Game the other 2 are not as developed as this is really good!

I just finished this second episode and I loved it. Lifeline's first sequel of the name, this episode takes the same principles: you have to help Taylor make crucial decisions for his survival. What makes the series unique is the use of notifications. Here, no graphics but text messages, as if you were getting them from someone real, you embarking in a very successful closed-door. It's like alien. The fact that it is Taylor who summons you and not the reverse reinforces the realism and the immersion of the game. I love being called out of the blue by Taylor, on my iPhone or my Apple watch. The adventure spreads over several days. A quick mode is available but frankly, it would lose all the salt of the game. In short, I recommend and I have already recommended it to a circle of friends now addicted. Taylor, we love you!

As a big fan of lifeline I honestly expected more. Unfortunately I had to replay the game at least 4 times before getting the best ending: there are criteria to meet places in a little awkward positions along the plot and I had the misfortune to "err" at the beginning of the game having to redo everything. I Understand that this is also the beauty of textual adventures, but in the case of the first Lifeline the plot was simpler, with less branching but in my opinion more effective and fulfilling. Then The addition of the map is totally wasted. It Would have been incredible if we could have given Taylor directions on where to go (since he is moving in the dark by the way), keeping the ship's plan under its own. For the rest the writing as always is good for its irony and wit. A little forced sometimes interactions with other characters and not particularly crucial. I Definitely prefer the atmosphere of isolation in the first chapter.
