LINKA

LINKA is a falling block puzzle game.

Each block has a path drawn on it. Intersection, T-junction, etc.
Place the blocks in a way that connects the paths.
When gems link through the paths, the blocks in between are destroyed.

When you destroy the bomb, you also destroy the surrounding blocks..

LINKA is probably the name of the character in the top left corner:)
