Long Night
About
Long Night: Alone I break is the first episode of a three episodes season. The next episodes will be released in the next few months
Concept
Long Night is a Third Person Survival-Horror video game series which aims to reconnect with the atmosphere of its ancestors, the old classics from the 90's and early 2000
With this game Trickster Face wants to put Lurking Fear back to the center of the gaming experience, rather than pure action sustained by an escalation of noisy special effects.
Here we have no shot guns nor giant monsters, but simply David, a youngster who can only count on your pugnacity and your instinct, to survive, and save his friends.
Synopsis
This black tale takes place in an American holiday camp next to a forest, at the end of a summer in the nineties.
The heroes are a group of four teenage friends, accustomed to meet there every year. Spending their last evening together telling horror stories for fun, they find themselves plunged into a nightmare, bringing their most secret anguishes to life, tormenting them. All of a sudden everyone is on his own. During the night David will try to find and help his friends, but doing so, he will have to face worse than the fear that pursues him.
Features:
- Take control of your environment, keep the balance of your mental state to run and hide from your nemesis
- Resolve enigma to understand the intimacy of the 4 teenagers and become the wall between them and their fears.
- Explore Long Night camp to discover great side quests, giving better understanding of the background.
- Choose to play with Old School (without checkpoints and interaction icons) or Modern Gameplay (with all the help you want)
Warning:
Long Night is rated 17+ M for mature by ESRB for the following content

Survival Horror returns again with a fantastic Game. Episode 1 of Long Night has a wonderful Vibe. The comic Sequences that always appear and continue to tell the Story when you have just found the right Object are particularly well liked. Memory Points were not visible to me at first, but now I know where to store.
The Story is rather 0815 and you already know from Movies, which does not mean that your Nemesis does not scare you. The shrill Tone when she suddenly appears rips you awake very quickly and you know you have to run to hide in the predetermined Place that is just Nearby. If just no one is nearby or the Controls that sometimes Confuse you quite, thanks to a not so great Camera guide, can let you run in the Arms of evil in part.
Still, I don't demonize the Game, on the Contrary. Such Camera Tours already existed in the old Alone in the Dark And other Games, which were not better controlled, but these Games have become famous.
Whether the Series "Long Night" will become famous, of course, I can't say yet, I can only say with pleasing this Game really well and it clearly makes You feel like to unravel the Mystery.
Long Night is of course already some Time ago, which is why I will now expand my Review here and now also give an Assessment.
Basically, I didn't think the first Episode was bad, but now the big BUT follows ... BUT WO BLEIBT EPISODE 2. A Game that is not Completed is not a Full Game and must be clearly marked with an "unrecommended."

EDIT from 24 January 2015 at 4h58: in the end, the game will not have a sequel and like one of his winks at X-files, the end lets us give the truth about the intentions of the owner of the campsite as well as about the events that are happening elsewhere...
I do not know if the game can be recommended despite the fact that it is not unfinished since the Studio closed its doors due to worries of money but one thing is sure, better leave it alone instead of torturing the game that died in silence after a long night Nightmarish...
R.I. P evalution of 29 October 2014 before modification: a return to the sources (fixed cameras like AITD and semi-fixed as SH in addition to the gameplay) that is pleasing to see when we see that a majority of survival horror has collapsed like a castle of cards by betting more about the action and passages worthy of Hollywood movies and I go...
Long night is a francophone survival horror (as his grandfather is alone in the dark) plunges you into the skin of David, a teenager who, with his three friends composed of Dean (the self-proclaimed leader of the band), Dana (the girl whose Blondie is crazy RAID) and Dewey (the shrimp of the Group), are going to get into some dirty sheets following a story told by the owner of the camping long night, plunging our gang of buddies into a nightmare that Kurt Cobain's doppelganger finds himself and tries desperately to find his relatives without knowing that he is in a very great danger...
Multiplying the winks of various films/series as well as drawing inspiration from the legends of the natives, the game comes out without too much worries despite a short lifespan that is explained by an episode format whose second does not yet have an exit date except that it will be available before 2015, the third of which is to be released to 2015 according to my forecasts.
In any case, the game can be long if you take care to examine all possible places by using the map because the main plot is concluded in 1h or even 1h30 maximum and if you want the challenge, just disable the tricks and checkpoints to increase the difficulty as well as the life span of a higher notch.
