The planet is in ruin, a single town is thriving to the north in having annexed all surrounding localities. The other export are raw minerals an resources, and the water is gone. They must import it, and their trade deal is just enough to keep them alive.

 A druid summons the mandrake, a blood domain cleric, to come and help transform the planet into a thriving habitation... the player must balance necessity for survival, while dealing with harsh a environment.
