About
Me without Us is a game focusing on the concept of recovery and rehabilitation from the loss of someone. And in this case, the loss of one’s family. It puts to focus, the very human dilemma of choice. The choice to carry on living without your family or the weighty choice to join them in the afterlife. This is what the game develops upon and evolves.
The world switches from the present to the past and it’s filled with mysterious objects left for the players to explore and memories to discover. As it has basic walking simulator mechanics, the original flair of the game depends upon the wow factor of the mystical elements and its base narrative. The game also highlights understanding feelings of regret as one of the integral prerequisites of recovery.
