Early Access Review MetaTron, a survival OpenWorld Game from a small German developer forge.
I was Lucky enough to test the closed beta and was able to experience how much Vigour and motivation the Developers TubbyKiD are working on this Game with how much Vigour and Motivation. They call it their little Baby. :)
As a Survival Veteran, I quickly understood what MetaTron Is all about. The Menu is simple, the Possibilities already very advanced, but that it is still in a very early Beta Phase.
Of course, this Game has smaller Quirks, but I find that may happen with an Early Access title. However, It is very important to me in games like this that you realise that there is always work on it. And that Feeling was given to me by the Developers.
MetaTron is not very different from other Survival games at first. You can hunt, craft, build and put other Players around ... Until you discover the Mutant Mode. When activating the Q button, you become a Mutant with different Skills. And that's exactly the Point that makes this Game very interesting in my Eyes. Because these Skills can be improved individually. You can decide for yourself if you want to be stronger, more resistant, faster etc. Thus, MetaTron also has a Kind of Role-play element with this System. There is Also an interesting Way to get resources. With almost everything you do, you can earn Experience points (XP) that can be used to request Airdrops. Thus, it is possible for every Player to do something Good with his hard-earned experience points. But Beware: All other Players see the Airdrop as well ... So PVP action is taken care of and the Survival party can begin ...
Here are my Pro's and Con's: + Different Characters + Mutant Mode + Skilltrees + Airdrops Without Microtransaction + Interesting Crafting System + Explosive Explosive Explosive Invehicle, Weapons, Vehicle (e) + Help-ready Developer (Real TOP)-Only One Map Available for the time-None In-game voicechat-Direct Chat with Team Members not yet ideal-Physics are partly not yet tuned.
(However, this is already being worked on, as I have noticed from secure Sources)
Final Facial: MetaTron is always worth it. The Developers are great and they have plenty of Ideas on how to improve the Gaming Experience in the Future-I'm confident! :)-So what are YOU waiting for-Become a TRON too!
