Following the story of an unnamed narrator, the player listenes to the narrator as she watches a patient in a mental institution from afar, witnessing a horrific event. The narrator recaps the events of that day to the player, though the payer is met with unsuspecting confusion and must discover more about the narrator in order to make sense of what is really going on.
