Hey you! YES - you there champ! Do you like cardgames? ... What? Maybe?! But you like bobs and vegana? Yeah?! Yeah! ... That is my boi. What? You want to know why this is important? Well ... This game is both. A mix of bobs, vegana and cards. Welcome to the world of Monster Monpiece! An underrated game and mostly ignored by a lot of my fellow weebs! So what is this game offering? Well... First of all you have a story which is build up like your common VN. You are "playing" a girl, who is able to summon monsters, and go to a school to battle other students/monsters to git gud! But soon everything is falling appart, because some top notch mofo wants to force the monsters to fight against humanity. Like in your average anime, the only hope to defeat that evil being are you and your friends! Because there are no other people around you that can help you and why using professional summoners? - Because reasons... The battlesystem works like this: You have a chessboard like field in front of you splitted into two parts. The left side is your field and the right side belongs to the enemy! Your goal is it to summon monsters and get them to the enemy base (which is ofc on the right side)! After a certain amount of hits, the enemy is defeated! After you got introduced to the battlesystem you start opening your first booster packs and to manage your deck. In the beginning the fights are rather easy to manage and you dont even have to use a proper tactic to win. If the fights are getting harder you have two options: 1. New tactics! 2. Powerup your cards! The last one is more useful and is also the part where the fun starts! To power up a certain card you need to rub and touch it! Yes! TOUCH THE MONSTERGIRLS! After each powerup she is going to be stronger in defense and attack (but she can also lose some fairly good traits!). There is just one negative thing I can say: The points you need to rub your cards are pretty hard to grind (and you do that alot) later on, but it is worth it. All in all I can recommend you the game.
