Muladhara

Gather resources and come back to your nest before it gets dark! Depending on which ones you get, all your children will get different power ups. Go on until you are able to reach the magic eggplant!

Made in 48 hours for the 2023 Global Game Jam. 

Controls:

- WASD or Arrow keys to move.

- Shift or Space Bar to attack

- F to toggle full screen

- Esc to quit game

The theme for this game jam was "Roots".  So with this in mind we started coming up with words and concepts that could relate to it, finally, we went with "origin", "heritage" and "nest".

With those three words as our main themes we created a game in which the main character's motivation is to gather resources so that her children can gain power ups in future generations.

In each new level you get to control a new child that has gain certain powers and this continues until you can finally reach the glorious, magical eggplant.

To play just download, extract Muladhara.exe and execute!
