Your target are the horrible, nasty youth of berlin.

Report them as fast as you can or else your stress is going to kill you!

You can make them go away and keep the streets clean by just clicking on them!

Here we have some regular and friendly looking civilians,                                                              just leave them alone and everything will be fine... 

But here we have these punks with tattoos, piercings and colored hair...                                get rid of them as fast as possible!
