Yes. Right now the beta supports only 10, though. We are planning AirConsole support which will theoretically permit (2 players on * 1 keyboard)  + (4 * 8 controllers) + (8 airconsole controllers) = 42 players.

Controls

Both joysticks, the direction pad and the 4 main buttons in the controler are a controler by themselves. This means, each regular controller is actually four controllers in one. More player support is on its way.
