Neko Shrine

I wanted to use Search for a Star (SFAS) to help fill in gaps in my knowledge and to stretch myself in composing large outdoor environments. My main inspiration and the concept from which everything is derived is the “Spirit Neko” Concept drawn by Cullen Cole. I liked the stark architecture vs the lush greens of the environment. 

I wanted to go for a realistic tone and focus on a bright colour palette with greens and purples being the 2 main colours accented with the whites of the daisies.
