Neon Beacon

Story and gameplay:

You are a beacon of Neon (i.e. Neon Beacon) and must fight your way through extraterrestrial enemies and even the mighty Abomalicious the Chef! 

Navigate your way through the maps with unlimited bullets and make your grand departure in a rocket! Wheee!

Summary:

A fun mix of top-down/side scrolling and platformer camera view and 100% original and new sprites, game and story specially created for Neon-themed Game Maker 2 : Amaze Me Game Jam 2021 :)

Controls:

Up Down Left Right arrow keys on your keyboard to move

Left Mouse click/press and hold to shoot

Notes:

Do note that Ctrl+F mentioned in the intro only works for the Windows Exe version. 

If you encounter the audio overlapping or lag after dying a few times, please exit the game/browser and reopen. :)
